Is there a fee for buyers?
No. UG Building Brokers does not charge buyers for the referral service. We receive referral fees from builder partners. Your building costs and contract are agreed with the builder.
Do you compare every builder?
No. We connect buyers with builders in our partner network, not the whole market. You can also explore builders outside our network before deciding.
What happens after I get in touch?
We discuss your budget, preferred location, project and timing. If there is a suitable option in our network, we arrange an introduction so you can discuss the details directly with the builder.
Who signs the contract and does the building?
The independent builder contracts with you and delivers the work. UG is a referral service, not the builder. Ask the builder about pricing, inclusions, approvals and contract terms before you commit.
Where do you operate?
Sydney, Brisbane and South East Queensland, and Melbourne. Options depend on your location and the scope of your project. All renovation referrals are through Zen Sanctuary.
